• Create detailed layouts that consider furniture arrangement, lighting, and circulation. Selection of Materials & Finishes: Finalize furniture, finishes, fabrics, flooring, and wall treatments.
• Construction & Renovations Coordination: begin construction work and renovations (painting, flooring, etc.).
• Site Check-ins: Ensure everything is going as per the design and budget.
• Final Touches: Ensure everything is positioned for optimum flow and aesthetic appeal.
• Final Walkthrough & Handover Client Walkthrough: We go through the space with the client and make any last-minute adjustments.
• Client Approval: To ensure the client is satisfied with the end result.
• This schedule provides a solid structure, but we must be flexible in case any unforeseen circumstances come up!
