• Excavation, foundation laying, and any necessary drainage work.
• Build the structural framework (walls, roof beams, floor joists, etc.)
• Install roofing, windows, and external doors. Ensure the building is weatherproof and secure.
• Internal Works (First Fix) Electrical wiring, plumbing, and heating system installation.
• Finalizing the Build, Paint walls, finish tiling, and complete any other details. External Landscaping.
• Final inspection by local authorities (if required).
• Final Inspection and Handover
